A Walk to Remember is a very good movie...considering Mandy Moore was only 18 at the time that she did the movie. I wasn't actually expecting much because I don't really have faith in singers-turned-actor and vice versa, but in this case, she did a really good job in my opinion. So this movie makes the second one that I've liked based on a novel that Nicolas Sparks has written (the other being The Notebook). Maybe I should try reading some more of his books...he's a really good plot writer (although I don't know if his writing style is good or not).

It's irritating when you keep practicing a passage and no matter how hard you try you can't get it. Well in my case, it's just this one shift, but I can't get it up to a certain speed...it's supposed to be presto (fastest clicks your metronome can set) and it's in 16th notes (semiquavers)...I'm stuck at allegretto right now and it won't get faster *grumbles*

Sleep is good.
