It's just one of those nights that you know you HAVE to fall asleep soon...but your body and mind refuse to shut down. Just one of those stupid things. My head's too full of stuff...can't get it out. *sighs*

At least there're good TV shows on hehe.

Gotta love Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, Frasier (in that order hehehe)

Anyone have good ideas for killing insomnia? Obviously this is for future reference because the rest of you people with brains actually are in bed already haha...
